Rusk student dies after fall from 4-wheeler

A 15-year-old Rusk High School student died Saturday night from injuries suffered in a fall from a 4-wheeler in Anderson County. Keith Conway Padgett, 15, of Rusk, died at a Tyler hospital Saturday night after being life-flighted from Palestine Regional Medical Center.

Hit and run victim found lying on side of roadway in Palestine

The victim was identified as 51 year old Tamayo Marcelo. Marcelo was transported to the Palestine Regional Medical Center by ambulance. After being stabilized, Marcelo was transferred by air to Trinity Mother Francis Hospital in Tyler.
