An Austin man was formally charged and pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Scott Circuit Court in the death of Paul Graupe, who family members reported missing three years ago. Robert Riley, 39, faces two counts of murder, two counts of robbery resulting in serious bodily injury, altering the scene of death and obstruction of justice.
