Niles Michigan, January 30

CASSOPOLIS — On two occasions, Keith Lintz, the Niles man accused of the Feb. 5, 2010, slayings of Niles couple John and Carolyn Tarwacki, expressed concern about footprints left in the snow at the Tarwackis’ Carberry Road home, according to testimony today at Lintz’s preliminary exam in Cass County 4th District Court.
