CARROLLTON, Ky. - A Northern Kentucky pedestrian was struck and killed by a truck in Carrollton Monday morning. Kentucky State Police say Larry Moscoe, 71, of Carrollton was attempting to cross Highland Avenue when he was hit by a truck driven by Lance Maiden, 23, also of Carrollton.
