Judge tosses Golden Nugget $1.5M unshuffled cards decision

A judge has thrown out a decision that an Atlantic City casino does not have to pay $1.5 million won by a group of gamblers who realized mini-baccarat cards had not been shuffled. An Atlantic County Superior Court judge granted a motion July 25 to reconsider the decision that also said the Golden Nugget casino could collect more than $500,000 it already paid.
