A grieving woman is led from the scene of a murder at 205 E. Capitola Ave. on Tuesday. A man, 20-year-old James Arthur Franklin, was sitting in the passenger seat of a white Mitsubishi Mirage and died at the scene. Both the rear windshield and rear driver’s side window were shattered by bullets.
