VIRGINIA BEACH The man charged with killing an Oceanfront pharmacist in April waived his preliminary hearing this morning. Walter Lane Hubbard’s case will now go to a Circuit Court grand jury, which will decide if he stands trial. An armed man robbed two pharmacies at the Oceanfront April 14, according to police.
