Washington Man Sentenced To 22 Years For Two Rapes

SEATTLE (AP) - A man who pleaded guilty to raping an 80-year-old suburban Seattle woman and a disabled woman in Bellingham has been sentenced to 22 years in prison. The Seattle Times reports that 26-year-old Moses Kelly was linked to the attacks because his DNA was on file from a prior arrest for a carjacking in California. He was sentenced Friday in King County Superior Court.
