Morgantown Man Charged With 4 Counts of Second Degree Sexual Assault

The Morgantown Police Department responded Friday morning to Ruby Memorial Hospital for a reported sexual assault. Police were able to get a physical description of the attacker, and investigators were notified and continued the investigation. A second victim reported to police that Friday morning that she had been physically attacked and sexually assaulted, officials said.
